How much is shipping?

We offer simple, value-based shipping rates:

Orders under £30 – £3.95

Orders between £30 – £99.99 – £5.95

Orders over £100 – Free UK Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK. If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us first.

Do you offer express delivery?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on socials to hear when it’s live.

What’s your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your gear — if you’re not, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How do I return an item?

Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you instructions on where to send the item.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.

Do you offer free returns?

We don’t currently offer free returns — return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?

Once we’ve received your return and confirmed everything is in order, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item or size?

Yes — just let us know what you'd like in exchange when you contact us, and we’ll hold it for you if stock allows.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay securely via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer gift cards?

Can I apply a discount code after I’ve placed my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t apply discount codes retroactively. Make sure to add your code at checkout before payment is completed.
